Gary's tasting notes

Racy and spicy nose along with honey and peach fuzz. On the palate, nice orange peel and hint of white mint and pure licorice, anis. Nice acidic structure, good balance, well made and shows alot of potential. Look for it to last 3-5 years and pair with trout.
