Gary's tasting notes

Smells salty and fishy and I very much think that it will be a turn off for a substantial set of wine drinkers. There is also, though, a hint of banana and cantaloupe if you get past that minerality. Light and crisp with a hint of 2-day-old lemon and a smathering of oregano, ripe banana, and apple sauce. Still underwhelming though.
