Gary's tasting notes
Sugar cane and subtle green honey with a hint of mint and green leaf drive the aromatics, which are interesting. However, it falls a bit short on the palate. I do like the rounded acidic structure that this wine brings, which is medium to full bodied, but then it falls off fast. Reminds me of the movie Platoon, which is tremendous in the first half before falling apart at the end. Maybe even a better comparison would be former major league pitcher, Orel Hershiser.
