Gary's tasting notes

A little burnt tire-meets-apple pudding, along with a touch of smokiness that's coming through on the aromatic profile. On the palate, this pleasant combination of green grass, fig, bell pepper, kale, and ripe guava emerge. Impressive complexity, and a pretty interesting bottle of Gruner. I find this quite delightful.
