Gary's tasting notes
Very big on the nose, almost like a reduction of Nerds grape candy met with a little Kirsch Royale component, which makes it come across slightly sugarfied... Let's give it a whirl... Very deep, bold and rich wine Cabernet that completely takes over my palate, coating the inside of my mouth with a purple paint-like feeling. This is meaty... it almost feels like I can't bite it. Well integrated alcohol at 15.1%. Look for this wine to last 15-20 years, evolving nicely in the cellar. If it sheds its baby fat, which it probably will, look for it to turn to turn into a beast.
