Gary's tasting notes

Very Bordeaux like, reminding me of so many top 2003 Pauillacs I'd tasted a few years ago. Beautiful black fruits, smoke and a green olive component on the nose. The palate has intense blackberry and black currants on a medium to full bodied frame, with big, sweet, ripe tannins on the back end and a ridiculously long finish. You can stick this in the cellar for 20 years, no problem.
