Gary's tasting notes

Cameron Hughes is somewhat of an American "Negociant", buying up oversupply of premium wines from wineries, stamping his "Lot number" label on them, and reselling at a much lower price point. This is a solid, classic, oaky California Chardonnay style. A "junior Rombauer" if there ever was one. A buttered popcorn lover's chardonnay. I'm not blown away but better than a lot of similar wines at this price point.
