Gary's tasting notes

Very good nose! One of the better bouquets I've come across during this Pinot Noir tasting. A little creme fraiche creaps in on the nose, and just a hint of dark plum. Yummy! Savory and sweet combination. This has good structure. Big enough to appeal to New World lovers, but the structure and restraint for the Burgundy drinker. I'm impressed.
