Gary's tasting notes

Tight nose, this is AC wine... aromatically challenged, though I'd attribute that to its extremely young age. With time, just a little rose petal begins coming through. Classic structure, a little beefy character... like a hearty stew. Very dry finish. This is well made Pinot from one of my favorite regions. This hits Burgundy lovers in a perfect place.
