Episode #1 Kicking things off with 2009 Bordeaux at Whole Foods

In this very first episode of Daily Grape, Gary Vaynerchuk is on location at SXSW at the flagship Whole Foods store. In addition to giving you a glimpse at what to expect from Daily Grape, he tastes two value-driven Bordeaux from the critically acclaimed 2009 vintage to see if they live up the hype.

I just learned about Wine Library TV and the Daily Grape and am loving it so far. Will there be an app for HTC/Androids anytime soon?

Great show! I've been away from wine library for a while and glad to come back to Daily Grape! I'm so pumped at short and more plentiful wine shows. Love the app!!!

OK, I'll say something. Not everyone has, can afford, or even wants an iphone. Please bring back the podcasts I can download to my trusty ipod from iTunes. I like Gary immensely, but don't like being excluded simply because I am an older geezer without a fancy phone.

Just found your show and love it... thanks so much for making this stuff understandable for someone new to all this, like me. You give point ratings ... what goes into that? What makes the difference between, ie a 91 and 92?

Fav. supermarket red: Coppola Alicante Bouchet (I never thought I'd utter "fav. red" and "Coppola" in the same sentence, but it's a solid alicante bouchet)
Fav. supermarket white: Aveleda Vhino Verde

Just found this site when searching for a review on Bota Box Pinot Grigio. Gary is terrific. I'm a beer guy who drinks vino occasionally, so I need a guide. So useful, so personable. Tells me what to look for when smelling/tasting. Feel like I could hang with this guy without feeling embarassed about my wine naivete. Signed in and bookmarked.
