    Nose: Hints of tropical fruit, roasted barrel character, yellow apples and butter.
    Palate: Dry, very fruity taste with roasted barrel character, hints of yellow apples, butter and orange.

    Penfolds Thomas Hyland, Australia
    Nose: Oaky nose with some tropical hints in tha back ground, hazelnuts, butter and vanilla as well
    Taste: Very fruity taste with a distinct toasted oak character, hints of apple, pineapple, vanilla.

    3rd
    Black Label unoaked, Australia
    Nose: Funky earth at first then a fruity fragrance with notes of green apples, mangoand lime.
    Palate: Dry, youthful flavor with hints of green apples, kiwi, peach and citrus peel.

    4th Not a chard to throw us off. Sauv Blanc
    Pouilly-Fumé Les Deux Cailloux
    Aroma: Nettlea and cat piuss with hints of smoky mineral, pear, gooseberry and citrus.
    Palate: Dry, very fresh, aromatic flavor with hints of smoky mineral, pear, nettles and lime.

    Nose: Youthful scent with hints of yellow apple, peach, herbs and minerals.
    Palate: Dry, very fresh taste with hints of green apples, herbs and lemon.

    Saint-Romain Le Jarron, Côte de Beaune
    Nose: Strange chemical nos at first then a nuanced aroma with roasted barrel character, hints of yellow apples, nuts, oranges, herbs and minerals.
    Palate: Dry, woody dry very fresh wine with character of toasted oak, hints of yellow apples, blood oranges, herbs and minerals.
