Unfortunately, it looks that way. :(
I'm sad tonight.

Considering GV stopped coming in here, i think it was inevitable.

It really is a shame. It would be nice if Gary said hello, just from time to time. I try to follow what he's up to, but this new media thing doesn't captivate me like his wine chat did.

I'm looking for a wine that pairs well with spam. Haven't decided on a flavor or recipe yet. If anyone has any suggestions, I might consider doing ep1050...maybe,

Before I even look at the youtube video I would say an Alsatian Riesling. Pairing who knows what parts of a pig with German/French influences and I think that work.
Now let's go see.
@Robert: You need to jump into the fray and shoot Episode 1003! C'mon my friend!! :)

Well, I was incorrect, to a point, since our host was a buffoon! A flat and oxidized wine from Languedoc! The video was hilarious but I find it truly amazing how two guys could screw up an evening with a lovely French lady. Oh that's right, they're Brits! :)
I remember my first wine book was one written by Oz Clarke.
I could see myself sitting out in the vineyard with that gorgeous sunset and Lisa S pouring a glass of Sea Smoke while I'm grilling a nice pork tenderloin with some Herbs de Provence and pomegranate marinade. Yum ;)
Thanks for sharing AndersN.
P.S. I liked the early camera angles of the wine.
