I'm glad I watched this one after #89 because it'll leave me with more fond memories of what it was all really about...passion for wine and the enthusiasm for life.
Thanks for representin' GM.
Daily Grape/Wine Library TV: RIP
And for the final Question of the Day: I love the mystery of wine because it brings people together. Wine is alive, ever-changing, evolving and we as fans of its allure become involved in that process. Together we move forward, refining our palates, discovering new flavors and the best part, sharing with our family & friends.
And speaking of family, they totally brought it this year for my birthday:
2: 2007 Hoopes Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Oakville Napa) This will be the featured wine at our holiday table as Hoopes is my mother's maiden name and it will go perfectly with steak. I think I'll save the second one for my 50th next year(These babies ain't cheap)
2009 R. Dubois & Fils Cote de Nuits-Villages Burgundy
2009 R. Dubois & Fils Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits Burgundy plus $50 for one of my local wine shops and another $50 for Spanish Table. Awesome!
If any of y'all are ever in my neck o' the woods and wanna have a BYOB party, I'm game
